Will I receive the coin in the photograph?

Yes, the photographs show the actual coin for sale. Click on the photos to see enlarged images. The coins are graded according to our coin grading guide but there is inevitably an element of subjectivity and so it is important to make your own mind about the coin. If you order the coin and, in the hand, it is not what you were expecting, just send it back to us in its original form within 7 days and we will refund your money.

Do I need to create an account to buy a coin?

No, you do not need to create an account; just add the coin to the cart and provide your information and your card details. If you create an account and log in, you will not need to re-enter your information and card details and you will be able to sign in and track the progress of your order and see any previous orders. 

How can I change my name, email address or card details?

To change any of your details, simply log into ‘My Account’ found at the top right-hand side of our website and click on the ‘EDIT ACCOUNT’ links and update the information as needed.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

To re-set your password, go to ‘Login’ at the right-hand side of our website, click ‘Lost your password?’ and then enter your email address where requested and click on the ‘RESET PASSWORD’ button. We will email further instructions on how to reset your password.
