Refund policy

  1. We guarantee that all of our coins are genuine.
  2. We grade our coins conservatively in accordance with our grading guide and photograph images of the coins as fairly as possible. If not obvious from the photographs, we note any nicks or marks to the best of our ability.
  3. Our coins are sold on 14 days approval. If you are unhappy for any reason or have just changed your mind, you may return the coin in its original condition to us for a full refund within this period. Customers are responsible for the return postage and are advised to use the tracked service.
  4. UK delivery costs:
    1. Over £500 - £12 Royal Mail Special Delivery
    2. £100-£499 - £8 Royal Mail Special Delivery
    3. Under £100 - £4 Royal Mail Signed For service
  5. International delivery costs:
    1. Over £500 - £24 International Courier Service (eg UPS)
    2. Under £500 - £12 Royal Mail International Tracked
  6. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay. The payment page redirects customers to a secure payments page hosted by Stripe. We do not receive or hold any sensitive card data.
