Issued to commemorate the coronation of George IV.

Obverse: Bust of the George IV left.

Reverse: Inscription within circle of emblems of the Order of the Garter

The Box, 48mm, contains 16 engraved double-sided monochrome portrait discs, William I to George III, 47mm.

Similar to the 1814 box medal BHM783 except that the disc for George III now records his death and an added card for George IV.
