1830 Thomasons Kings and Queens complete white metal medal set BHM 1437 E1236 EF or better

A complete set of Thomason’s re-worked set of the Dassier medals from 1731, with additional medals for George III and George IV.

The obverses of all but the last two medals have been copied from the Dassiers set, the other two are by J Marran.

The reverses of the medals are original designs by Edward Thomason and consist only of an inscription concerning various events in the reign of the monarch.

White metal.
